Privacy information

Your data,described without guesswork.

This notice explains the data flows visible in the current storefront code. It also identifies a launch blocker: the verified legal controller identity and address have not been supplied for publication.

Controller identity and contact

Dorenvi is the storefront brand. No verified company name, registration detail, physical address, or governing jurisdiction has been provided for this notice, so this draft does not invent them.

Privacy questions can currently be directed to support@dorenvi.co. This mailbox does not replace mandatory controller identification that must be added before launch.

Information involved

The storefront can process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site. The cart stores product variant identifiers and quantities in browser localStorage. The consent preference is also stored locally in the browser.

Information entered in the hosted Shopify checkout can include contact, delivery, order, and payment-related data. The checkout and payment providers handle payment credentials according to their own roles and notices.

The contact form on this site is a local interface preview. It validates fields in the browser but does not transmit or store submissions. A real email sent to support is processed through the sender's and recipient's email services.

Purposes and legal grounds

Order data may be needed to present checkout, process a purchase, arrange delivery, respond to a return or product issue, maintain records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations. The exact legal grounds depend on the verified seller, jurisdiction, and context and must be finalized before launch.

Support email is used to respond to the request and, where relevant, identify an order. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are activated only after the browser records consent in the current implementation; consent can be changed in cookie settings.

Checkout and service providers

The storefront uses Shopify for hosted checkout. Depending on the completed configuration, payment providers, delivery services, hosting and infrastructure providers, email services, and technical support providers can process only the information needed for their role.

Provider identities, contractual roles, and the verified seller records must be checked against the production configuration before this notice is treated as final. Provider privacy notices can contain additional information about their processing.

Optional analytics and marketing

With consent and when configured, the storefront can load Meta Pixel and OpenPanel. Events can describe page views, product views, cart activity, and the start of checkout, together with browser or network identifiers handled by those services.

The storefront event payloads are not intended to include a customer's name, support message, delivery address, or complete payment details. The providers can process other technical identifiers under their own documentation. Rejecting or withdrawing optional consent does not remove the local cart or prevent basic storefront use.

Processing locations and transfers

Technology providers can use infrastructure in more than one country. Any international transfer mechanism and regional disclosure must be verified for the final controller, provider contracts, and production setup rather than inferred in this draft.

Contact support if you need the provider list associated with a specific order or request once the production records are complete.

Retention

Order, accounting, support, return, and complaint records should be retained only for the period needed for their purpose and for applicable legal, tax, accounting, security, or claim requirements. Exact periods depend on the verified seller and jurisdiction and must be documented before launch.

Cart and consent records remain in localStorage until the storefront or user changes them, site data is cleared, or browser storage becomes unavailable. Each external provider applies its own documented retention rules to data it controls.

Your choices and rights

You can email support@dorenvi.co to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, or another privacy right that applies in your jurisdiction. The final controller must verify and respond under the applicable law.

Optional tracking consent can be allowed or disabled in cookie settings. Clearing site data in the browser can also remove the local cart and consent preference, but does not cancel an order already submitted in checkout.

Security and data minimization

The storefront and hosted checkout are intended to use HTTPS. Security also depends on configured providers and the user's device. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details by email or in the contact-form preview.

Only include information relevant to the request. When sending screenshots, remove unrelated addresses, payment data, account tokens, or personal information about other people.

Changes to this notice

This draft should be updated when verified controller details, storefront functions, production providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version should show its review or effective date and make material changes clear.

This version is a transparency draft reviewed on 14 August 2026 and is not a substitute for the missing mandatory controller disclosure.

Review or change the optional browser preference on the cookie settings page.
